Peptide Calculator
Calculate precise reconstitution values easily by choosing your parameters below — the syringe shows exactly where to draw to.
Pre-filled for NAD+ · 1000mg
To get 0.5 mg, fill the syringe to 0.07 units
Syringe reading
0.07units
= 0.001 ml
- Draws per vial
- 2,000
How the calculation works
- 1. Concentration = peptide vial (mg) ÷ bacteriostatic water (ml)
- 2. Volume to draw = desired amount (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/ml)
- 3. Syringe units = volume (ml) × 100 — on a U-100 syringe 100 units equal 1 ml (0.3 ml = 30 units, 0.5 ml = 50 units).
- 4. Draws per vial = peptide vial (mg) ÷ desired amount (mg)
Example: 10 mg vial + 1.5 ml water → 6.667 mg/ml · 0.5 mg ÷ 6.667 = 0.075 ml → 7.5 units · 10 ÷ 0.5 = 20 draws
